Mindful Mates Drop-In Centre

Alongside clinical services, Mindful Mates Association Inc. has established a community Drop-In Centre in Holland Park — designed specifically for veterans, first responders, and healthcare workers.

A Space to Reconnect

The Drop-In Centre provides a relaxed and supportive environment where people can reconnect with others who understand the unique pressures of service-based roles.

Many people who have worked in high-stress professions experience isolation once they step away from those roles. The Drop-In Centre aims to bridge the gap between being at home feeling disconnected and re-engaging with the community.

What the Space Offers

  • Peer connection and social support
  • A safe environment to talk and share experiences
  • Informal wellbeing activities
  • Community connection opportunities
  • Pathways into professional support when needed

"Sometimes the most powerful support begins with simply sitting down for a coffee and talking with someone who understands."
